I need a new blog name. When we get back I can't keep calling myself Brits In Bosn3ia because, well, we are not in Bosnia.
So, I'm opening my first ever competition. Leave a comment with a suggestion for my new blog name. The winner, totally random and chosen by me according to my whim on the day, will receive a genuine bottle of home-made plum brandy for that genuine authentic Bosnian moment. Actually you will need to put on a tracksuit, pair of wellies and sit outside singing raucous songs and eating half a cow for the actual authentic Bosnian moment, but this will be pretty close.
For some extraordinary reason, no one is sponsoring this post but I can guarantee that the sljivavica is homemade as we were there when it was made. Or maybe I'll offer up the stuff that the vet gave us, currently used for getting ticks off the dog, but locals say that his stuff has a good reputation. The winner can choose.
PS - on a totally different track, I'm ridiculously chuffed to have been nominated in three categories for the MADS awards. If you nominated me, thank you so much, you have no idea how much that made my day/week/month/year. If you haven't nominated already then click on the MADS button on the right and go and do so now.

Brits back from Bosnia
gets my vote, cos although you will be back I bet you'll still have one eye on the old place and post about not only the contrasts you notice more upon return, but also comments about news stories fro the area.
So there will still be a Bosnian flavour for the foreseeable future.
I am pants with names, but I will be interested in what others pick!!

You maybe need to think about what flavour your blog is going to have (if you know). Is it going to be expat-return stuff, or small boy stuff, or what? That might influence your decision.
I think you should drop Fraught Mummy, because you're not. You're pretty serene and unruffled and in control, when it comes down to it. You could become Blighty Mummy, if you went with 'Back in Blighty'. Oooh, how about 'Flighty in Blighty'?
I'm thinking about this way too much.
Funnily enough, I think The Mad House has inadvertently come up with a good one. I quite like "Pants with Names". It doesn't actually mean anything, but it will get people thinking - what on earth does that mean? And I bet your boys' pants do have names on them (Thomas the tank, Bob the Builder, etc)
But I don't think you'll go for this one.
And by the way, you won't have to mail the plum brandy to America if I win.
You could use your subtitle - "Toddlers, Dog & All" with the "Brits back from Bosnia" as your byline :)
